Introduction

Hello, and thank you for checking out my blog! This will be a place for me to share all of my recipes, thoughts, and insights with you. 
My name is Natalie, and I am passionate about healthy, active living. I focus on quick and easy meals that anyone can cook. I have had great success following the Whole30 program, and want to share some of that success with you! (For more information, check out www.whole30.com). 

When not on a "round" of whole30, I enjoy eating dairy and grain free most of the time, and try my best to stay away from added sugars. All of my recipes will reflect that, and I will always include modifications so that you can make it Whole30 compliant.
